• Active MC/DOT operating authority (your authority granted and active in the FMCSA system).
• Insurance certificate meeting broker minimums — commonly $100,000 cargo and $1,000,000 auto liability.
• W-9 and, if you factor, a Notice of Assignment from your factoring company.
• A signed dispatch agreement with us — no long-term lock-in, cancel any time.
